We did quite a bit of experimenting to create this multilayered, complex espresso. Roaster's Pick, so to speak, is the rock musician among our blends. This may be down to the fact that we originally composed it for a music festival – in order to keep awake the dancing spirits. You could say, Roaster's Pick rocks!
